Domain search enhancements
Now much quicker to get your results, by just typing in the domain you’re looking for it will find all available extensions that we carry, you will also get speedier results. Also keep your eyes peeled for some domain offers that will be coming up in the new year.
SSL for all Host Plans
When we released the AutoSSL we carried this out in stages, all plans now have the benefit of free SSL coverage for all domains on the cPanel accounts.
All you need to do is raise a ticket and we will enable it on your account.
Credit Card Payments
Customers have been asking for this, although we could accept credit card payments through PayPal it wasn’t suitable for somebody that wanted re-occurring billing with PayPal. We have now added a separate gateway to our invoices and checkout so you can store your card and can be used for future payments.
We don’t keep any credit cards on file all your details are kept with stripe, the payment gateway.
Client Area Re-design
Its not changed a lot, however we have added quick links to all the things you use on a regular basis.
2 Factor Authentication
You strongly recommend that you use the 2 factor authentication on your account, this ensures that if for any reasons your credentials are compromised on your local machine then the bad guys still cannot get access to your account without the token.
Our system works well with Google authenticator which is available in google play and the IOS Apps store.
