Please note that phone support is only available when our ticket system is not busy, and follows the same opening times as the Live Support. The ticket system takes priority over calls so if you have a time sensitive request please use our contact form, or for existing customers submit a ticket via the client area for a fast response.
The reason we have this type of support is due to the large amount of inbound calls daily, that’s not related to customer support. Canvassing for example costs us 25% of our time daily, so we hope you understand.
This enables us to supply fast ticket support and of course if you need phone support you will get it. If calling is the only option to get support please leave your contact details and we will call you back within 24 hours (Excluding weekends) the average ticket response time is under 1 hour.

If you have any issues with any hosted content that we host on our servers or domain names that we control you can raise a ticket from our contact page. We will review the complaint and take any necessary action to resolve the complaint. We will contact the Domain / Hosting owner to resolve the issue or or may even take the offending content offline until resolution.
We will respond to all abuse complaints within 8 hours from receipt of your complaint and will keep you updated until resolution.
