Also with any domain name purchase or transfer in we can offer free email or domain and mail forwarding free of charge.

Is there any Cancellation charges for my domain?

No charges at all, if you chose not to renew, then all we ask is that you switch off the auto renew in the Client Area. This is under the domains section and will ensure that no further invoices are raised for renewal of the selected domain.

How Much do you charge for transfers out to another registrar?

We don’t charge for releasing domains to other registrars you can carry out this process on a self service basis from within the domains section of the client area. Of course if you need support please raise a ticket and we will be more than happy to help.

How do I renew my domain?

You can renew your domain at any point from within the Client Area under the domains section, if you need support please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Do you remind me of an expiring domain?

Indeed we do we follow the following cycle of reminders until either the domain is renewed or cancelled.

30 Days before Renewal (First Renewal Notice)
15 Days before Renewal (Second Renewal Notice)
5 Days before Renewal (Third Renewal Notice)
1 Days before Renewal Fifth Renewal Notice)

7 days before expiry and we will send you an invoice for the renewal and remind you on the renewal date. We will then continue to send over due emails for the next 3 days reminding you of the renewal.after which point we send no further reminders.

Domain Pricing

Most domains can be registered up to 10 years and the fact we don’t enforce any bulk purchasing to get the best prices, the price you see below for the domain extension you want multiplied by the amount of years you want the domain.
