All cPanel customers will now have the benefit of better integration between cPanel and our client area. We have now added the following features to cPanel so with 1 click you can order domains, manage your profile and even open tickets.
This is designed to make it easier to move between your cPanel account and the client area with no passwords required.
This will also show in the main reseller account, but for obvious reason will not show in any account you have created for your customers.
Please be aware that if you give your cPanel credentails to anybody, they will be able to access your billing section and personal details. You should never give your cPanel details even to your developer, if they are building a site for you often FTP is all they need.
