We have now added premium support where we can setup email accounts on your PC, MAC, iPhone, iPad and Android to follow soon.
Also with screen sharing on the MAC or Windows we can help you get FTP setup and of course email.
We have taken this step forward as we know that this can be the stumbling block for some customers and the support tickets back this up.
The cost of premium support is £10 per device per session (20 Minutes) , however as an introductory offer its free to all customers that want their email set-up.
Normally the session of 20 minutes is long enough to setup multiple email account on a device and FTP settings if you require FTP.
All you need to do is ask for remote support and we will send over the remote support link.
This is also open to resellers and their customers, however the reseller will need raise the ticket from their account.
Moving forward there will be the option to purchase the support as stated above, but for the next 2 weeks its free.

Fair use of 2 requests per customer
Once we have released this to the paid service we will also be giving extended support for WordPress installs by giving live support on your PC or MAC on how to setup themes, plugins and the general structure to the site. If you require such support now then we can but it will be chargeable.
