As you maybe aware a couple of months ago we had issues with email deliverability after the migration.

This was due to the naming of the servers all using a variant of manage-cloudhosting.com, with the changes at Spamhaus on how they detect email volume and spam caused the issues.

All emails from all servers were being put into one pot and was causing false positives putting us on the blacklist.

We have now moved back to the names we used on the old servers to stop this happening again.

Below are the changes that have been made to directly access cPanel, the client area has already been changed.

Old premium.manage-cloudhosting.com

Now one.cpanel-cloudhosting.com

--------

Old mercury.manage-cloudhosting.com

Now two.mercury-cloudhosting.com

--------

Old neptune.manage-cloudhosting.com

Now three.neptune-cloudhosting.com

--------

Old jupiter.manage-cloudhosting.com

Now four.jupiter-cloudhosting.com

--------

Old mars.manage-cloudhosting.com

Now five.mars-cloudhosting.com

--------

Old earth.manage-cloudhosting.com

Now six.earth-cloudhosting.com

Please note that the nameservers remain the same ns1.manage-cloudhosting.com and ns2.manage-cloudhosting.com

Kind regards
